This is me, Heather.
And I have a lot of stuff going on and I'm not quite sure what to do about it other than write it down here. To be clear, I'm not asking for reassuring comments because I wont know how to respond and I'll probably just feel bad for ignoring your kindness.
I'm emotionally unstable, my moods fluctuate between extreme highs and lows. One second I'm laughing and the next I'm crying. I only cry at home, because I can usually keep my shit together, but there are times when I want to scream and cry and punch a hole through a wall. When I get home four out of seven days I am sad.
